Day of Coordination includes: 2-3 meetings prior to rehearsal, timeline guidance and/or creation, unlimited communication, limited set up by finishing small tasks the morning of, vendor coordination at venue, keeping the day on schedule, problem solving, up to two hours for rehearsal and up to 12 hours on the day of. The Whole Package. When you get engaged & start thinking of what you want your day to look like but realize how much time it involves, we are there to do it for you. At the initial meeting, we will go over what you’re looking for and come together with your vision while also discussing budget. All other packages are included within the total planning package while including 12-15 meetings, 12+ hours onsite with no additional fee & total set up of all spaces. Starting at $4,500
